| Return Policy |
- Products may be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase providing that the items are returned in the same condition as they were shipped out in and were not a special order.
- You must contact us to receive a return authorization number before shipping. R-number must be written clearly on package.
- We will then refund the cost of the item less shipping costs.
- Faulty products must also receive a return authorization number before shipping. Once the damage product is returned and approved, the product will be replaced or refunded.

| Shipping and Handling |
- Shipping in Canada and USA only.
- All products shipped via Canada Post.
- Products shipped with-in 3-4 business days of ordering if items in stock and are not special order. Special order items allow 8-10 business days.
- $16.00 shipping charge will apply to all orders in Canada. $32.00 shipping charge will apply to all orders in to the US. Proper location must be selected at the time of shipping, otherwise it will be changed before order is processed
- Large and bulky orders may have extra charges applied. Notification will be sent if this is necessary
- Expected Delivery - Shipping Canada 3-5 Days
- Expected Delivery - Shipping US 12-14 Days
